St. Mary’s engaged Collins Project Management at the completion of a facility master planning process to oversee the design and construction of a state-of-the-art Women’s and Infants’ Services Pavilion.

Constructed adjacent to the hospital’s main entrance and along the primary vehicular access drive, careful planning was required to insure minimal impact to the hospital’s patients and visitors.

We have since managed more than ten projects of varying size and scope on the St. Mary’s campus. Projects include:

  • Women’s and Infants’ Services Pavilion
  • ICU Addition
  • Radiology Expansion
  • Internal Renovations
  • Exterior Skin Enhancements
“Thanks for the opportunity to say what an excellent job your firm performed for St. Mary’s Health Care System. We had a project that needed guidance from folks that knew the start-up issues and potential problems we may face. Your staff was able to assist St. Mary’s to realize the largest project in the hospital’s history. Furthermore, the management of the overall construction budget was challenging as the demands for capital dollars continued to rise. Yet, over the three years, your firm helped to provide a quality project and realized a net savings of $1.5 million dollars. The surplus funds created opportunities to address many needed improvements. Thanks again for truly professional leadership and project management services!”
