Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Fox Theatre is one of the most beloved landmarks in our city. The Fox engaged Collins Project Management to oversee the planning, design, and execution of substantial improvements to its Peachtree Street storefront spaces and rooftop terraces, creating additional event gathering space called the Marquee Club. The project entails approximately 7,200 sq. ft. of renovation space, and 6,700 sq. ft. of rooftop terrace space.

“Atlanta’s Fox Theatre is a beloved historic landmark that opened in 1929. It had not embarked on an extensive renovation project since the mid-’90s. We hired Collins Project Management in 2015 and began by constructing the Marquee Club. We face extreme, unique challenges because we never know what to expect until we get behind the walls. They share with us the same commitment to stewardship and due diligence. And, since ‘the show must go on!,’ they do it all while The Fox is open for business.”
Edina Erwin, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

“As the lead architect representing the design team, I have worked closely with Collins Project Management on the premium lounge and rooftop terrace at the Fox Theatre, an Atlanta treasure and National Historic Landmark. I appreciate Joe Collins’ positive, no-nonsense, collaborative approach to this difficult yet rewarding work. He and his team communicate clearly and do not overwhelm the team with a lot of additional paperwork or reporting. They clearly define roles and responsibilities for the entire team—including the owner—and are very supportive in our endeavors to provide the client with excellent design and service.”
