Marcus has more than 25 years experience in the planning, design, and construction of facilities improvement projects. He has contributed as both a director of large scale capital projects and programs and as a construction project manager to over $1 billion in successful projects. Marcus previously served on the campus planning staffs at Emory University, Georgia State University, and The University of North Carolina at Asheville.
Marcus is civic-minded. He is the founder of the Providence Leadership Institute, has served as a Board Member and Chairman of the Long Range Planning Committee for Providence Christian Academy, and is a past Chairman of the Board of Directors for The Frazer Center.

Responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing the firm’s professionals. As a Principal, he provides guidance to the Collins project management staff and leadership to members of project teams in pursuit of the client’s unique goals and objectives.
