Greg is a registered architect who knows construction. His industry start was with a national architecture firm. His construction industry specialization began just after that, when he oversaw and managed industrial and commercial construction projects with a regional general contractor. Greg has also served as Vice President and Senior Project Manager at a national construction firm. He enjoys a strong reputation for effectively working with building owners and their design consultants in the successful delivery of complex and challenging building projects.

Greg Kerr has more than 30 years of experience in planning, design and construction of a wide variety of institutional facilities including country clubs, schools and churches. He has a wealth of expertise in organizing and leading projects in successful implementation of complex building projects and programs. Greg is detail oriented, a collaborative team player, and a thoughtful and conscientious problem solver. At Collins Project Management he is responsible for providing proactive leadership to project teams for successful delivery of facilities improvement projects.
