Senior Project Manager
Earle’s 30 years of design and management experience spans private development, public and private academic and research facility projects, health care, and government. Earle is equally comfortable with new construction projects and in facility renovations. His project leadership style is effective throughout the construction process: from planning and programming through design, construction, furnishings and equipment, development and acquisition, and other customized job-specific processes.
Prior to joining Collins Project Management, Earle served as the Senior Planning Manager at the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Senior Project Manager at Emory University, and as an Architectural Designer/Project Manager for the U.S. Air Force.

Earle Whittington is directly responsible for overseeing and directing specifically assigned projects. As Senior Project Manager, he is responsible for developing project budgets and schedules and is accountable for delivering projects within approved parameters. He facilitates communication among project team members and insures that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
