Cheryl is a Georgia Tech graduate and former IBM Industrial Engineer. Experience as an application programmer and marketing systems engineer prepared her well to launch her new career, Mom, in 1988. Since the firm’s inception in 1991, she has been closely involved in running the business, supporting project teams and clients in various behind-the-scenes and management roles.
Cheryl enjoys participating in community-building and volunteer projects, like Meals-on-Wheels and the Fox Theatre.

As the firm’s CFO and Business Manager, Cheryl Collins is responsible for all Collins Project Management finance and accounting, IT management, human resources and employee benefits programs. She develops and implements strategies that benefit the firm’s employees and its clients. Cheryl also provides administrative support to the Principals and Project Managers. She manages project budgets, construction contracts, and move coordination planning.
